Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use cms.lostcanyonthreads.com or buy from us. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who we are

Lost Canyon Threads, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We design and sell outdoor apparel and accessories, printed to order in the United States.

Orders

Adding something to your cart isn’t a purchase — an order is formed when you complete checkout and we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if:

• The item is unavailable or a price or description was published in error
• We can’t verify payment or the billing details
• We suspect fraud or a resale operation

If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, you get a full refund.

Made-to-order production

Everything is printed after you order it. Two consequences worth understanding before you buy:

1. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. See shipping.
2. Once a print run starts, it can’t be cancelled or changed. If you need to change a size, colour, or address, contact us immediately — before production begins we can usually help; after it starts we can’t.

Print-on-demand has small natural variations — print placement can shift slightly, and colours can vary a little between batches and between your screen and the fabric. That’s normal and not a defect.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. If a price is obviously wrong (a $2 hoodie), we may cancel and refund rather than honour it.

Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days. Full terms on the returns and exchanges page, which forms part of these terms.

Our designs

Every design, photograph, and piece of writing on this site belongs to Lost Canyon Threads. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt — not the artwork on it. You may not reproduce our designs, resell our products commercially, or use our imagery or name without written permission.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself — you’re responsible for what happens under it. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to break the law, scrape it at scale, interfere with how it runs, try to access areas you’re not meant to, or impersonate anyone.

Warranty and liability

We stand behind our products: if something arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we’ll make it right. Beyond that, the site and products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order it relates to, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits any right you have that can’t legally be limited — including consumer rights in your state.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
