What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number if you provide one. Your payment card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
When you subscribe: your email address, and your name if you give it.
Automatically, when you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site. This comes from cookies and analytics tools.
Why we collect it
- To make, pay for, and ship your order, and to email you about it
- To handle returns, exchanges, and support requests
- To send marketing email — only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe from any email
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- To detect and prevent fraud
- To meet our legal and tax obligations
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the shop work, and only with what they need:

We use cookies that are strictly necessary (cart, checkout, login), plus analytics and marketing cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the strictly necessary ones will break the cart and checkout if you do.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept per the retention settings of the analytics tool.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete it, where we’re not legally required to keep it
- Opt out of marketing at any time
- Opt out of sale or sharing — we don’t sell personal information, so there’s nothing to opt out of
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these
To exercise any of these, contact us. We may need to verify who you are first.
Children
The shop isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged more prominently.
