Drawn for T-Shirts
Seven designs, all printed on 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, all drawn from real places in the Colorado high country. The blank We print on a 4.2 oz Airlume cotton tee because the blank decides how the shirt feels after twenty washes, not the artwork. Airlume is combed and ring-spun: combing strips out the short fibres, ring-spinning twists what remains into a finer yarn. The result is softer, pills less, and holds print detail better than standard open-end cotton. Heather colours include some polyester, which is what gives them the flecked look. The fit is a regular unisex cut, about an inch longer in the body than a standard tee. If you are between sizes, size up – it reads as relaxed rather than oversized. The designs Every one of them is a place we have actually been. The Cottonwood Pass tee is named for the pass at 12,126 feet between Buena Vista and the Taylor Park Reservoir. The contour-line design traces real topography. The night-sky pieces come from the hours after the fire dies down. That is the whole point of the range: a shirt that names somewhere specific beats a generic mountain graphic, because the person wearing it has a reason to. Care Inside out, cold wash, hang dry. Heat is what damages print and shrinks cotton, and the dryer does more of both than the wash does. Skip fabric softener – it leaves a residue that dulls the print surface. The full version is in our guide to washing outdoor apparel . Not sure on size? The size guide explains how to measure a shirt you already own, and we replace a wrong size free within 30 days. Getting the size right The most reliable method is not measuring yourself – it is measuring a shirt you already own and like. Lay it flat, smooth it out, and measure straight across the chest from seam to seam one inch below the armhole. Compare that number as-is against the chart on the product page. Chest is what decides whether a shirt fits; length is preference. Between two sizes, size up. And if it still comes out wrong we will send a replacement in the right size free, one per order within 30 days of delivery, and you keep the first one. Because every shirt is printed for one specific order we cannot resell a return, so this is how we handle fit instead. Printed after you order Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Each shirt is printed once you place the order, in the United States, which adds 2-5 business days of production before it ships but means no unsold stock going to landfill at the end of a season. You get tracking by email the moment it leaves.
